EFCC Parleys JAMB on Corruption Fight

The EFCC boss commended JAMB for its giant strides especially in being transparent in its activities and called on other agencies of government to also make accountability and transparency their watchword.
He specifically appreciated the JAMB for its support in facilitating the confirmation examination of EFCC Staff.
The anti-graft czar described corruption as a menace that leaves devastating effects on the socio-economic life of citizenry adding that all hands must be on deck to curb the dreaded monster in order to secure a future for the younger generation.
In his remark, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, Registrar, JAMB, applauded Magu’s efforts and courage in the fight against corruption despite all the odds.

He noted that corruption fight is a herculean and delicate job especially in a society where corruption is endemic.
According to him, "anybody that is ready to fight corruption particularly in our clime must be ready to submit everything he has. He must be ready to pay whatever cost that may come his way because if you are fighting corruption in a society where it is endemic, you are a complete stranger and everybody who considers himself as resident of the barn will want to evict a stranger".
The JAMB Registrar called all patriots to join the fight against corruption saying, “I believe that everybody who loves this country called Nigeria should join hands in fighting corruption and in ensuring that whatever is wrong through corruption is corrected".
